Holding a deposit is a global practice all over the world. Driving a car is associated with the risks of additional expenses for fines, damage to the car, toll roads, gasoline, etc. In our company, you can leave a deposit using a credit debit card or in cash. We also have a rental option without a deposit. Check the details with the manager.

We provide a 2 hour grace period. Any further extension will incur an additional daily fee.

We provide a driver upon your request. Usually the driver’s working time per day does not exceed 10 hours. A driver at night will cost more. Contact us and we will offer you a suitable option.

We accept all forms of payment: cash, bank cards and cryptocurrency, as well as payments via SBERBANK.

Car rental for a paid period of use, daily mileage that you can use for free, delivery and pick up of the car in Dubai during working hours, basic car insurance.

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. Renting a car at Dubai International Airport is easy with Paddock Rent A Car. Contact a manager, choose a car and on arrival a car will be waiting for you in the parking lot outside your terminal. It is free from 9am to 9am daily, but for late or early deliveries we charge a small service fee outside of business hours.

Important: please watch your speed as you start leaving Dubai, you need to keep to the speed limit as indicated on the sign. Exceeding the speed limit is not allowed.

“1 toll road (salik) – AED 5. Parking from AED 3 to AED 100 per hour. To pay for parking, send an SMS to 7275 with the car number and the parking number. You can add the hours of your planned parking. Example: W47580 393c 2 Petrol. You must return the car with the tank filled to the same percentage as at the beginning of the rental. Do not leave the scene of the accident and contact the police. If no one is injured and the vehicle has only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to avoid causing traffic congestion. In any other case, it is not recommended to contact the manager immediately. After receiving the police report, send it to Paddock Rent A Car.

Of course, we will deliver the car to your hotel in Dubai for free. If your hotel is in another Emirate, delivery will be paid extra.

Paddock has a standard full-full policy. This means that customers must return the car with a full tank of fuel. We will indicate the fullness of the tank on your agreement at the start of the rental.

If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

Car rental contracts are similar in many companies, but it would be a good idea for you to read all the points of the contract to avoid any misunderstandings. Here are some points that may be critical:

– check the car brand, make, color, plate number

– rental dates

– daily mileage limit and cost for extra 1 km

– check the odometer and fuel tank in the car and in the contract

– read the fines from the company (smoking in the car, drifting, off-road driving, etc.)

– look at the policy for returning the car if you are late upon return – look at the deposit refund policy (number of days of retention and transfer fee)

– be sure to check that the money paid for the car, as well as the deposit, are filled in the contract

To avoid an unpleasant experience, rent a car only from trusted companies with their own fleet. Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.
