What should I do is the car is damaged or is involved in an accident?

Do not leave the scene of the accident and contact the police. If no one is injured and the vehicle has only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to avoid causing traffic congestion. Is it possible to extend a car rental in Dubai?

Paddock has a standard full-full policy. This means that customers must return the car with a full tank of fuel. We will indicate the fullness of the tank on your agreement at the start of the rental.

If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

Can I rent a car with a new driving license in the UAE?

All cars are available for UAE residents with a valid UAE driving license older than six months. Using a driving license from another country while holding an UAE ID is prohibited by UAE law.

Can I book a car to my hotel?

Of course, we will deliver the car to your hotel in Dubai for free. If your hotel is in another Emirate, delivery will be paid extra.

Is there a limit to the number of miles I can drive?

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. Why pay a security deposit?

Holding a deposit is a global practice all over the world. Driving a car is associated with the risks of additional expenses for fines, damage to the car, toll roads, gasoline, etc. In our company, you can leave a deposit using a credit debit card or in cash. Yes, as per the Road & Transport Authority(RTA) Dubai, all rental cars in Dubai comes with basic insurance. This insurance covers the damages which are not caused by your fault. Also, you can choose for upgraded insurance by paying extra as it will cover the damages which are caused by your fault.

What are the rules for speed limits in Dubai?
