    What is included in the car rental agreement?

    Car rental for a paid period of use, daily mileage that you can use for free, delivery and pick up of the car in Dubai during working hours, basic car insurance.

    What are my extra costs (overheads) when I rent a car?

    “1 toll road (salik) – AED 5. Parking from AED 3 to AED 100 per hour. To pay for parking, send an SMS to 7275 with the car number and the parking number. You can add the hours of your planned parking. Example: W47580 393c 2 Petrol. You must return the car with the tank filled to the same percentage as at the beginning of the rental.     What happens if I return the car late?

    We provide a 2 hour grace period. Any further extension will incur an additional daily fee.

    Who pays for parking a rented car?

    Parking fees are your responsibility. Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high. If you have problems with parking payment, contact your manager, we will help you pay remotely.

    What is the minimum age requirements to rent a car in Dubai?

    The minimum age required to rent a luxury/sports cars in Dubai is 25 years of age. The same applies for the person(s) whose name(s) is/are mentioned as additional driver. For budget and mid-range cars, the age must be over 21 years.

    What about fuel charges? Who pays for the petrol (gas) in a rental car?

    Paddock has a standard full-full policy. This means that customers must return the car with a full tank of fuel. We will indicate the fullness of the tank on your agreement at the start of the rental.

    If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

    How to rent a car with driver in Dubai?

    We provide a driver upon your request. Usually the driver’s working time per day does not exceed 10 hours. A driver at night will cost more. Contact us and we will offer you a suitable option.

    Is it possible to extend a car rental in Dubai?

    Do I need to pay a security deposit to rent a car in Dubai?

    Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.

    Can I rent a car with a new driving license in the UAE?

    All cars are available for UAE residents with a valid UAE driving license older than six months. Using a driving license from another country while holding an UAE ID is prohibited by UAE law.
