Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.

Parking fees are your responsibility.

Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high.

If you have problems with parking payment, contact your manager, we will help you pay remotely.

If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

The main requirement is that the driver must be over 25 years old and have a driving license for over 3 years.

Do not leave the scene of the accident and contact the police. If no one is injured and the vehicle has only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to avoid causing traffic congestion.
