Salik is a toll road in Dubai that is automatically charged when you pass through a toll road. The Salik fee is consistently AED 4 across all gates and this amount is deducted every time you pass through a toll gate.

You must pay the salik when closing agreement. The driver or your manager will tell you the amount of the payment. We receive an automatic report for your rental period from RTA. We charge exactly the amount that RTA dedacted.

In Paddock Rent a Car you can specify a second driver for free, however, when booking a car, you must provide a driver’s license and passport of the second driver.

We provide a 2 hour grace period. Any further extension will incur an additional daily fee.

The main advantage of renting a car for a month and for a long term is an attractive price. The cost of monthly rent is up to 50% more profitable than renting by the day.

The minimum age required to rent a luxury/sports cars in Dubai is 25 years of age. The same applies for the person(s) whose name(s) is/are mentioned as additional driver. For budget and mid-range cars, the age must be over 21 years.

Do not leave the scene of the accident and contact the police. If no one is injured and the vehicle has only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to avoid causing traffic congestion. Refueling in the UAE is very easy. The driver does not even have to get out of the car, you can simply open the window and say what kind of fuel and how much you need to fill up. For sports cars and luxury cars – Super (98), for all other types of cars – Special (95). If you want to fill up to a full tank – tell the gas station attendant: “Full special” or “Full super”. Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

Of course, we will deliver the car to your hotel in Dubai for free. If your hotel is in another Emirate, delivery will be paid extra.

Parking fees are your responsibility. Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high. If you have problems with parking payment, contact your manager, we will help you pay remotely.
