Refueling in the UAE is very easy. The driver does not even have to get out of the car, you can simply open the window and say what kind of fuel and how much you need to fill up. Paddock has a standard full-full policy. This means that customers must return the car with a full tank of fuel. We will indicate the fullness of the tank on your agreement at the start of the rental.

If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

The minimum age required to rent a luxury/sports cars in Dubai is 25 years of age. The same applies for the person(s) whose name(s) is/are mentioned as additional driver. For budget and mid-range cars, the age must be over 21 years.

Most roads in Dubai have a maximum speed limit of 110 to 120 km/h, with a little leeway of 20 km/h. But remember, speed limits can change depending on where you are in the city. So, keep an eye out for signs and stay within the limits to avoid overspeeding fines.

Do not leave the scene of the accident and contact the police. If no one is injured and the vehicle has only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to avoid causing traffic congestion. In any other case, it is not recommended to contact the manager immediately. After receiving the police report, send it to Paddock Rent A Car.
