In Paddock Rent a Car you can specify a second driver for free, however, when booking a car, you must provide a driver’s license and passport of the second driver.

Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.

There are general speed limits in the country: on small streets – 40 km / h, on main roads – 60-80 km / h, on highways 100-120 km / h. It is prohibited to both exceed the speed limit and drive slower than the established limit, if there is one on a given section of the road.

Salik is a toll road in Dubai that is automatically charged when you pass through a toll road.

The Salik fee is consistently AED 4 across all gates and this amount is deducted every time you pass through a toll gate.

You must pay the Salik when closing agreement.

The driver or your manager will tell you the amount of the payment.

We receive an automatic report for your rental period from RTA.

We charge exactly the amount that RTA deducted.

We provide a 2 hour grace period. Any further extension will incur an additional daily fee.

“1 toll road (salik) – AED 5. Parking from AED 3 to AED 100 per hour. To pay for parking, send an SMS to 7275 with the car number and the parking number. You can add the hours of your planned parking. Example: W47580 393c 2 Petrol. You must return the car with the tank filled to the same percentage as at the beginning of the rental. If the tank is filled to a lesser volume, payment is made upon returning the car to the Paddock Ren A Car driver.”

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. The minimum age required to rent a luxury/sports cars in Dubai is 25 years of age. The same applies for the person(s) whose name(s) is/are mentioned as additional driver. For budget and mid-range cars, the age must be over 21 years.

Parking fees are your responsibility.

Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high.

The cost of renting a car in Dubai depends on the type of car, the model and the period for which you want to rent it. However, the cost is from 100 AED per day for a budget class, about 300 AED per day for an SUV, and from 1500 AED for a sport or luxury class.
