Amazing cars, helpful staff, super quick service. Mr. Adam is a true humble person and a great businessman.
Great guys! Awesome service! I recommend everyone to rent a car from them. The manager speaks Russian, it simplifies communication on WhatsApp. All questions are answered very quickly. I rented Abarth. I could not decide for a long time. As a result, only upon arrival in Dubai, at the airport I decided to order a car. They brought the car very quickly and free of charge to Al Maktoum Airport. Quickly issued documents. Accept ordinary Russian rights (no need to do international). The car is just super! I liked it very much! I thought the people of the UAE could not be surprised by a machine. But my car was a delight even among the sheikhs. The car is perfectly clean and brand new. With mileage of 450 km. If you plan to rent a good car in Dubai, then definitely call and write to these guys! Thank you very much for the great emotions from your service and car !!!
Service could not have been better. Rented a Porsche for the day for a 12 hour layover. Saqeem delivered it to the T3 arrivals car park for us to meet him, constantly communicating via WhatsApp. He was excellent in showing us the car and quickly getting us on our way. I would highly recommend renting from Paddock and particularly Saqeem who made the whole process very smooth!
This beast was impeccable and the service was outstanding. The car was conveniently delivered & picked up from our hotel in an efficient and timely manner. This car is a dream come true!! It is elegant, yet, edgy with the greatest balance between horse power and handling. The fact that it is a convertible makes this a must have in the beautiful weather of Dubai. It is a head turner and absolute original. Thank you, Paddock Luxury! Hope to have your services again soon!!!
Car was excellent. Service was excellent. Ilyas delivered the car on time and picked up on time. Ilyas and Hassan are very kindly and professional. Definitely renting here again. Thank you guys!
exceptional service , easy pickup and delivery and wide variety of cars to select from, ilyas was a great help through the process
What an experience! Very straightforward and transparent renting process. Great communication with Camille on Whatsapp to rent the car. Illyas delivered and picked up the car exactly on time and was always available to communicate when necessary. I strongly recommend renting off them. Will likely rent again myself in the future.
