Car rental contracts are similar in many companies, but it would be a good idea for you to read all the points of the contract to avoid any misunderstandings. Here are some points that may be critical:

– check the car brand, make, color, plate number

– rental dates

– daily mileage limit and cost for extra 1 km

– check the odometer and fuel tank in the car and in the contract

– read the fines from the company (smoking in the car, drifting, off-road driving, etc.)

– look at the policy for returning the car if you are late upon return – look at the deposit refund policy (number of days of retention and transfer fee)

– be sure to check that the money paid for the car, as well as the deposit, are filled in the contract

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. Parking fees are your responsibility. Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high. If you have problems with parking payment, contact your manager, we will help you pay remotely.

Yes, as per the Road & Transport Authority(RTA) Dubai, all rental cars in Dubai comes with basic insurance. This insurance covers the damages which are not caused by your fault. Also, you can choose for upgraded insurance by paying extra as it will cover the damages which are caused by your fault.

There are general speed limits in the country: on small streets – 40 km / h, on main roads – 60-80 km / h, on highways 100-120 km / h. It is prohibited to both exceed the speed limit and drive slower than the established limit, if there is one on a given section of the road.
According to statistics, 90% of fines for tourists arise due to speeding.

• Exceeding the maximum speed by no more than 80 km / h – 3,000 AED ($ 816.8), confiscation of a passenger car for 60 days ($ 2,452).
• Exceeding the maximum speed by more than 40 km / h – 1,000 AED ($ 272.2).
• Exceeding the maximum speed by more than 20 km / h – 600 AED ($ 163).
• Driving through a red light – 1000 AED ($272) and impound (confiscation of the vehicle) for 30 days ($817).
• Dangerous driving and dangerous driving causing damage to public or private property – 2000 AED ($544.5)
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs – the amount of the fine is determined by the court, confiscation of the vehicle for up to 60 days ($2452). Deprivation of driving license.

PLEASE NOTE! THERE ARE NO ERRORS WHEN SPEEDING ON THE ROADS OF ABU DHABI. IF THE SPEED LIMIT IS 100 km/h, THEN THE FINE WILL BE FOR DRIVING 101 km/h.

The cost of renting a car for a month varies depending on the car type, location, duration and season. Price for monthly based starts from AED 2000 for an economy to AED 35000 per month for luxury SUV Mercedes AMG G63.

Most roads in Dubai have a maximum speed limit of 110 to 120 km/h, with a little leeway of 20 km/h. But remember, speed limits can change depending on where you are in the city. So, keep an eye out for signs and stay within the limits to avoid overspeeding fines.

Refueling in the UAE is very easy. The driver does not even have to get out of the car, you can simply open the window and say what kind of fuel and how much you need to fill up. For sports cars and luxury cars – Super (98), for all other types of cars – Special (95). If you want to fill up to a full tank – tell the gas station attendant: “Full special” or “Full super”. Open the tank from the car and wait until they fill up your car and make a payment without leaving the car.

In most cases, yes. Get in touch with a rental company representative at least 24 hours before the end of your contract. If the vehicle isn’t booked by another client, you should be able to keep it.

Of course, we will deliver the car to your hotel in Dubai for free. If your hotel is in another Emirate, delivery will be paid extra.
