We provide a driver upon your request. Usually the driver’s working time per day does not exceed 10 hours. A driver at night will cost more. Contact us and we will offer you a suitable option.

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. In Paddock Rent a Car you can specify a second driver for free, however, when booking a car, you must provide a driver’s license and passport of the second driver.

Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.

Paddock has a standard full-full policy. This means that customers must return the car with a full tank of fuel. We will indicate the fullness of the tank on your agreement at the start of the rental.

If you return the car with less than the tank capacity at the start of the rental, the driver will calculate a cost depending on the tank capacity and the type of fuel for that car, which you must pay in a way that is convenient for you.

All cars are available for UAE residents with a valid UAE driving license older than six months. Using a driving license from another country while holding an UAE ID is prohibited by UAE law.

Yes, as per the Road & Transport Authority(RTA) Dubai, all rental cars in Dubai comes with basic insurance. This insurance covers the damages which are not caused by your fault. Also, you can choose for upgraded insurance by paying extra as it will cover the damages which are caused by your fault.
