Paddock Rent a Car requires a refundable security deposit, mainly for traffic tickets, damage to the car (if not covered by insurance) and car theft. The amount is held for up to 30 days, as traffic fines are sometimes delayed. We also offer the option to rent a car without a deposit if you have a credit card and purchase Premium Protection on the car. Buying Premium Protection does not remove the driver’s liability for fines received. You will have to pay off the debt for the fines in any convenient way.

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. Refueling in the UAE is very easy. The driver does not even have to get out of the car, you can simply open the window and say what kind of fuel and how much you need to fill up. For sports cars and luxury cars – Super (98), for all other types of cars – Special (95). If you want to fill up to a full tank – tell the gas station attendant: “Full special” or “Full super”. Open the tank from the car and wait until they fill up your car and make a payment without leaving the car.
