Yes, as per the Road & Transport Authority(RTA) Dubai, all rental cars in Dubai comes with basic insurance. This insurance covers the damages which are not caused by your fault. Also, you can choose for upgraded insurance by paying extra as it will cover the damages which are caused by your fault.

Salik is a toll road in Dubai that is automatically charged when you pass through a toll road. The Salik fee is consistently AED 4 across all gates and this amount is deducted every time you pass through a toll gate.

You must pay the salik when closing agreement. The driver or your manager will tell you the amount of the payment. We receive an automatic report for your rental period from RTA. We charge exactly the amount that RTA dedacted.

The cost of renting a car in Dubai depends on the type of car, the model and the period for which you want to rent it. However, the cost is from 100 AED per day for a budget class, about 300 AED per day for an SUV, and from 1500 AED for a sport or luxury class.

Mileage limit is the number of kilometers you can drive a rented car for free. The mileage limit (200 km, 300 km or so) is included in the rental price and varies depending on the class of the car. An extra kilometer costs from 5 to 20 AED also depending on the class of the car. Often we also hold promotions for our customers and announce unlimited mileage for most cars. Holding a deposit is a global practice all over the world. Driving a car is associated with the risks of additional expenses for fines, damage to the car, toll roads, gasoline, etc. In our company, you can leave a deposit using a credit debit card or in cash. All cars are available for UAE residents with a valid UAE driving license older than six months. Using a driving license from another country while holding an UAE ID is prohibited by UAE law.

We provide a 2 hour grace period. Any further extension will incur an additional daily fee.

The minimum age required to rent a luxury/sports cars in Dubai is 25 years of age. The same applies for the person(s) whose name(s) is/are mentioned as additional driver. For budget and mid-range cars, the age must be over 21 years.

Parking fees are your responsibility. Be sure to pay for parking, as the probability of getting a fine for non-payment of parking is very high. If you have problems with parking payment, contact your manager, we will help you pay remotely.
